SHALITHA DE SOYSA
Shalitha De Soysa is the founder & the Chief Executive Officer of Ceylon Innovation Services (PVT) LTD. He graduated from University of Greenwich London with a first class honors degree in Computer Science. He holds a MBA from Herriot Watt University Scotland.
His Innovative thinking and deep passion for technology and business quickly rose through the ranks in the fields of Technology becoming a younger entrepreneur in Sri Lanka and as a result his company provides IT solutions for both government & private sector entities. Routinely described by clients as Extremely Innovative he is the master mind behind every bespoke IT solutions design & develop by Ceylon Innovation Services (PVT) LTD.
His company handles work for equally prestigious roster of clients including SLTMobitel the Sri Lanka’s official Telecommunication partner, 5/4 star Hotels & Restaurants, Hospitals, Schools and also served for small scale businesses too.
In addition to his growing knowledge in the fields of IT & Business Management, he is heavily involved in a recruitment scheme which provide free training for the next generation of trainees thrive in the early stages of their career. Effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages assets in employees to reach organizational goals.
EARLY LIFE & CAREER
Shalitha was born in Chilaw, Sri Lanka. He had his both primary and secondary education in Chilaw. He completed primary education in Bishop Edmund Peiris College Chilaw.
While he was studying for secondary education at St. Mary’s College Chilaw, he engaged in cricket under 13 and 15 team and played all island tournaments.
After his secondary education, he performed as a Hip Hop and RnB artist for 6 years while working in ABC radio network Sri Lanka.
He graduated from University of Greenwich London with a first class honors degree in Computer Science. He holds a MBA from Herriot Watt University Scotland.

CHARITY
Shalitha De Soysa’s passion for social good always took him self & his company to incorporate voluntary work and among them includes the development of his high school website St. Mary's College, Chilaw and the development of a payment gateway facility call VOBA which is now used by past pupils to connect with their former peers and to track & manage the schools’ ongoing development projects. Further VOBA is utilized to collect membership fees and make direct donations to the school’s account. Further he initiated the DARKNESS TO LIGHT, a fund raising project which contributed more than 2 cores LKR for refurbishment of the school.
In addition a Church Management System was donated to the cathedral in Daluwa Negombo which is now used by many Catholic Churches in Sri Lanka. Among voluntary website developments offered by him locally & global, "Kadapatha" is a well known web page for social welfare articles written by Rev. Fr. Peter Hemapriya Botheju.
While he was living in United Kingdom back in 2014, he voluntarily engaged in elder care services & specifically he offered free inspirational care services for minors who seek asylum in UK.
